Prior to launching Cynthia Creative & Co. she spent three years with the United States Army designing state-of-the-art software for basic trainees and the military police. She then moved on to a corporate position with Alpha Graphics, studying high quality procedures relating to prepress and printing, thus enabling her to clearly understand the importance of high quality designs and printed marketing pieces.
It was as Creative Director for a Fortune® 500 insurance company where she developed the skills necessary to solve her clients’ overwhelming need to be recognized. For ten years she developed countless brand initiatives, marketing programs, and creative design. She knows first hand the need and importance of delivering successful brands. She adopted and combined these processes with her own when she founded Cynthia Creative & Co. With the help and hard work of her team, her clients, and the combined talent, Cynthia aims to become an integral part of her clients company.
Laura Petrolino has spearheaded communications and development programs for U.S. Senators, leading consumer brands and national non-profit organizations ranging from healthcare to the fine arts. She began her career at the National Republican Senatorial Committee and went on to work as an independent political consultant for national and local Congressional candidates. Her political career encompassed campaign management and strategy, media and donor relations, policy outreach, and grassroots coalition building.
Her ability to successfully resolve complex business challenges, establish better community relations, and organize successful fundraising and community outreach campaigns has earned her a reputation as a leading authority in the digital marketing, social media and communications arenas.
Laura has led multiple re-branding campaigns and developed the communications strategy that was responsible for restoring trust among the disenchanted consumer base. Cynthia Creative focuses on the unique needs of new and developing businesses, domestically and internationally, Laura is a huge asset to this segment of our business.
Stacie brings more than 20 years of award-winning marketing communications experience to the Cynthia Creative Team. A winner of the United Nations Environmental Program Award for Retail Environmental Marketing, Stacie was honored with the Gardner Award for Best Writing – Marketing/Communications in 2010 by the national Turf & Ornamental Communicators Association. In all, she’s earned more than 40 regional and national awards for writing, marketing and public relations campaigns and published more than 1,000 by-lined articles.
Jennifer Powell is a hardworking young woman who has faced adversity in her life. She was born deaf and relies on lip reading and hearing aids to communicate. It was because of this she fell in love with reading and writing. Jennifer is an awkward social mouse and would escape it by reading about the most fantastical creatures and faraway lands. From here, it was a natural progression to writing. She received her BA in Creative Writing at Loyola University of Chicago. While she works hard at her full-time job at a b2b trade publication company, she loves to proofread other people’s works in her spare time. Jennifer dreams of becoming a famous novelist one day, like J.K. Rowling or Suzanne Collins.
